The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Those who have the greatest reward for their prayers are those who live far from the mosque, Long walk to get there, and the one who is waiting to fulfill the prayer with the Imam will get more reward than the one who does it alone and then go to bed. ”
Walking towards the mosque erases sins and increases good works
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) conveys that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying, “Suppose a river flows from the door of one of you, He draws from it to wash himself five times a day. “Do you think he will have the slightest dirt?” “Not sure,” they replied. “Well,” he added, “it is the same with the five prayers, it is thanks to them that God effaces the sins.”
According to Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever goes to the mosque in the early morning or in the evening, Stay in reward for each daytime or nocturnal visit, which he had made “.
Devotion in prayer when misfortune strikes Muslims
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: In the Fajr prayer, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to say, after the recitation of Koran and the pronunciation of the takbir and raising his head of inclination: “God hearken to him who praises Him, Lord, to You praise.” Then, standing still, he said, “Lord, deliver Al-Walid Ibn Al-Walid, Salama Ibn Hisham, ‘Ayyach Ibn’ Abi Rabi’a and all the weak of the Believers (they were imprisoned Polytheists) Lord, overwhelm the tribe of Mudar (hostile to Muslims) and make his years be like those of Yusuf (Joseph) (years of distress) Lord, cursed Lihyan, Ri’l, Dhakwân and Usayya Who were rebellious to God and His Messenger. ” – Later, adds the transmitter, we know that the Prophet abandoned this habit to the revelation of this verse: You have no part in the (divine) order – that He (God) accepts their repentance By embracing Islam) or that He chastises them, for they are indeed unjust
